Using GeoBlitz

By playing GeoBlitz you agree to these terms. You need to be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian needs to agree to these terms for you.

Google Maps and Street View

GeoBlitz shows Google Maps and Google Street View. Your use of them is also covered by the Google Maps / Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Street View imagery belongs to Google and its partners.

Accounts

• You can play as a guest, or create an account with your email, a username and a password. Keep your password to yourself.
• Usernames are public (on profiles and results). Don't pick one that's offensive or pretends to be someone else.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Fair play

• No bots, scripts or tools that play for you, and no extra accounts to get around free limits or rankings.
• Be decent in names and emotes.
• We may remove results, reset ratings, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Finds and the judge

Finds are checked automatically. The judge is usually right but not perfect, and its decisions are final for that race. There are no cash prizes.

Free play and Pro

• Free play has daily limits that may change over time.
• GeoBlitz Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly through our reseller Paddle.com, who is the merchant of record for all orders. It renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from Subscription in your account. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.

No guarantees

GeoBlitz is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and fair, but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the game before it applies.
